WE would like to congratulate Cong. Tony del Rosario of the 1st District of Capiz for his outstanding performance not only in the field of legislative work, but also for his public works projects.
As we can see around, his district has been a recipient of many projects amounting to several billions of pesos since he became a member of the House of Representatives four years ago.
The man is a workaholic and an expert in public relations.
As chairman of the Committee on Appointments, Cong. Tony takes the opportunity to ask projects from department heads. Otherwise, their appointments would not be considered. That is what former congressman Oca Garin did also during his time.
Close to his constituents, particularly the hoi polloi, Cong. Tony has never been defeated in the elections in his political life spanning 40 years now.
